Placing Orders for Goods

Order Cancellation

Order Cancellation Rights
You may cancel and return Goods in accordance with these Terms and Our Returns Policy. Goods must be returned in the same condition in which You received them, including all packaging and documentation.
You will be reimbursed within 14 days of our receiving the returned Goods, using the same payment method You used for the original transaction.
You will not have the right to cancel an Order for the supply of:

- Goods that deteriorate quickly or have expired
- Goods that are unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
- Goods mixed inseparably with others after delivery
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has started with Your express consent
